Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer Complimentary Shipping on the majority of orders. For specific accessory-only purchases or expedited shipping upgrades, applicable fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
International Destinations Shapecy currently ships to the following regions:

Split Shipments To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different distribution centers. In this case, your order will arrive in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment via email.
Address Changes Please verify your shipping details carefully. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute the package.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately at help@shapecy.com. We will initiate a priority investigation (typically 1–3 business days) to resolve the issue swiftly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any of the following issues, please notify us within 3 business days (72 hours) of delivery:
